Slow pages quietly cost you customers. I find what's dragging your site down — oversized images, clunky add-ons, bloated settings — and fix it. If you're on a platform that caps speed, I'll tell you honestly how far we can realistically push it.
Out-of-date plugins and forgotten settings are how websites get hacked or suddenly break. I keep everything updated and watch for trouble, so small problems get sorted before they ever reach your customers.
I keep an eye on your site around the clock. If it slows down, breaks, or goes offline, I usually know before you — and often before a single customer notices.

I keep your site updated and secure, watch its speed and uptime, send you a simple monthly report, and handle small changes for you — new text, swapped photos, a fresh section, a seasonal banner. Think of it as having a web person on call, without the cost of hiring one.
Almost always, yes. Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify or a custom build — I start by getting to know your site and how it's put together. On the rare occasion there's something I genuinely can't help with, I'll tell you on the first call, before you've paid anything.
Up to a point — and I'll be straight with you about it. Some website builders limit how fast a site can ever be; that's just how they're made. I'll squeeze out every improvement that's actually possible on your platform — images, settings, clean-up — and tell you honestly where the ceiling is. If slow speed is costing you customers and your platform can't go further, I'll say so plainly, and only then is a rebuild worth a conversation.
Yes — it's month to month, with no lock-in and no long contract. Give me five days' notice, I hand over everything that's yours, and we're done. Nothing is ever held hostage.
I keep watch automatically and usually know before you do. Monday to Friday, 9–18 (Central European Time), you'll hear back within a few hours. If your business needs round-the-clock cover, that's available as an add-on.
Never. I write down how your site works before I touch anything, and any change you'd actually see goes past you first. You stay in control — I'm a safe pair of hands, not someone quietly redoing your site behind your back.
Hosting only keeps your site switched on. It won't update it, speed it up, fix what breaks, or answer when something goes wrong. Care does all of that — and you get a real person who knows your site and actually replies.
That's a separate project, and there's no pressure to do it. When you're ready, we scope it properly (my Starter, Growth or Scale packages), and I keep looking after your current site right up until the new one goes live.
