Features

Pixel-perfect from Figma

Every spacing, type scale, and micro-interaction preserved. If it's in your file, it's in the build — not an approximation.

Modern stack, Core Web Vitals first

Astro, Next.js, Tailwind, GSAP, ViewTransitions — whichever fits the brief. Accessibility and Lighthouse > 95 are the baseline, not a bonus.

White-label by default

I never show up in client communications. Your studio's name on the invoice, your face in the meetings, your email in the signature.

CMS-ready handoffs

Sanity, Storyblok or Decap configured so your clients can edit content without breaking your design system. You look like a hero.

PROCESS

From Figma to production in 4 predictable steps

  1. Brief + NDA

You share the Figma, client scope and target timeline. I return with a technical plan, flagged risks and a fixed estimate inside 48 hours.

    You~1 day
  2. First cut

Real HTML rendering on a private staging URL — actual copy, real images, production-quality code. No Lorem Ipsum, no mock data.

    Me~5–10 days
  3. Design QA

We walk through the build together on Loom or live. I fix discrepancies down to 1px, you stay focused on the client conversation.

    Together~2 days
  4. Handover

Repo, deploy pipeline, CMS access and a Loom walkthrough — all transferred in your studio's name. I disappear unless you call me back.

    Me~1 day

How I de-risk this for you

  • Lighthouse ≥ 95 guarantee — or I rebuild it free

Every launched site ships with green Core Web Vitals and a Lighthouse score of 95+ across Performance, Accessibility, SEO and Best Practices. If yours doesn't on launch day, I rework it on my own time until it does. One-click verifiable from any browser.

  • White-label NDA, signed before I see the file

Standard NDA on request before any Figma access. Your client never knows I'm on the project unless you tell them.

  • Fixed-scope, fixed-price invoices

Per-project or per-week billing agreed upfront. No mystery hours, no surprise top-ups when the deadline approaches.

  • Repo is yours from day one

GitHub ownership transfers at first commit. If we part ways mid-project, you still have a working, handover-ready build.

Questions designers ask before starting a partnership

Why does an Embedded Studio Week cost more than a full Growth Package?

Because you're not buying my hours — you're buying my availability. The Growth Package is a productized launch for a founder running their own ads: I build, ship, hand over, done. An Embedded Studio Week reserves my queue exclusively for your studio for the week — priority across multiple Figma files, scope-flex within the brief, same-day Loom replies, white-label availability for client meetings, and zero context-switching tax. Different buyer, different value driver — priced for the second, not the first.

Do you really stay white-label — will my client ever learn your name?

No. I never appear in client communications, invoices, or credits unless you explicitly introduce me. Repos, deploy accounts and CMS access all carry your studio's name.

How do we handle the NDA?

I sign your NDA (or a standard mutual one) before I open the Figma file. No exceptions. Nothing is shared, sub-contracted or put in a public portfolio without written permission.

What happens if we part ways mid-project?

Repo ownership is yours from the first commit, so you keep a working, documented build no matter what. I bill only up to the last delivered milestone — no exit fees, no hostage situations.

What stacks do you build in?

My defaults are Astro and Next.js with Tailwind. I also build in SvelteKit, vanilla HTML/CSS/JS, and plug into headless CMS (Sanity, Storyblok, Decap, Prismic). I'll flag honestly if your target stack is outside my comfort zone.

Do you handle Figma to Webflow or Framer too?

Yes, on request. My sweet spot is code-first builds — but I've shipped in Webflow and Framer for designers who need a no-code handover. Pricing and timelines differ; I'll share both paths after the brief.

How do you charge — hourly or per-project?

Two clean structures. Per Figma file — fixed-fee, fixed-scope (from €1,750 for a landing page, from €4,500 for multi-page). Embedded Studio Week — €2,800 reserves my queue exclusively for your studio for the week, with scope-flex across multiple Figma files. No hourly billing, no mystery line items. Invoices are sent through my studio; your client never sees them.

Can you meet a tight 1-week delivery?

Yes, with a +35% urgency rate. I keep capacity for emergencies but need at least 48 hours of heads-up so I can reshuffle cleanly without dropping another client's timeline.

Do you handle CMS training for my clients?

Yes. I record a Loom walkthrough of the CMS in your studio's branding, and optionally run a live 45-minute training with your client (€250 add-on). You decide whether I'm present or you forward it yourself.

Francisco Cortez · Founder · Senior Frontend Engineer

“With 10+ years engineering frontends for brands like Disney and LATAM, I know exactly how frustrating it is when developers compromise a great design. I built this partnership to end that friction — your Figma is the spec, full stop.”
