FOR ESTABLISHED BRANDS

An enterprise-grade web platform — without the agency price tag. Multi-page, multilingual, editable by your team. Built by a senior frontend engineer with 15 years on production teams including Disney and LATAM Airlines.

For studios, retreats and growth-stage brands that have outgrown a one-page site. You get a proper editor (Sanity or Storyblok), a component-driven design system, and a direct line to the senior who'll architect it — not an account manager.

From €5,800 4-week launch · Lighthouse ≥ 95 guaranteed · Payable in 3 milestones

PROCESS

From brief to launched in 4 steps

  1. Brief

You share brand assets, two reference sites and the one metric you want to move. I come back with a sitemap + estimate inside 48 hours.

    You~1 day
  2. First cut

I architect the information, wire the headless CMS and ship the first version of every page — real copy, real images, production-quality code.

    Me~10 days
  3. Revisions

Two structured review rounds on a live staging URL. You leave comments, I iterate. Copy, visuals, interactions — all in scope.

    Together~5 days
  4. Launch

Production deploy, DNS cutover, analytics and Core Web Vitals verified. You get editor logins and a 30-minute walkthrough.

    Me~2 days

How I de-risk this for you

  • Lighthouse ≥ 95 guarantee — or I rebuild it free

Every launched site ships with green Core Web Vitals and a Lighthouse score of 95+ across Performance, Accessibility, SEO and Best Practices. If yours doesn't on launch day, I rework it on my own time until it does. One-click verifiable from any browser.

  • Three milestone payments

25% at brief, 50% at first cut, 25% at launch. You never pay for something you haven't reviewed.

  • First-cut refund clause

If the first production-quality cut misses the brief, full refund minus reasonable costs. I've never used this clause — it exists so you don't worry.

  • Direct Slack, no gatekeepers

Shared Slack channel from day one. No account managers, no ticketing systems, no escalation queues.

Questions before architecting your Scale platform

Which CMS do you recommend — Sanity, Storyblok or Decap?

For editorial teams and rich schemas I default to Sanity. For non-technical editors who need a visual UI, Storyblok. For solo founders or small teams already on GitHub, Decap. I'll recommend the right one after a 30-minute briefing.

Can my team edit content without breaking the design?

Yes. I model the schema around block components with strict validation, so editors can't accidentally change layouts or push malformed data. Every change is a version-controlled draft until it's published.

Can I add more languages later?

Absolutely. The build is i18n-ready from day one. Adding a new locale (fr, it, pt…) is a scoped project, not a rebuild — typically 1–2 weeks depending on translation volume.

How do you handle advanced SEO for multi-page sites?

Every route ships with schema.org JSON-LD (Organization, Service, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, Article where relevant), hreflang links for each language, and automated XML sitemaps. I also configure Search Console and a basic GEO plan for AI search.

Will I need a developer on retainer to keep it running?

Not for content — that's the whole point of the headless CMS. For platform-level work (new features, integrations, performance tuning) most Scale clients move to a Care retainer or buy hourly blocks as needed.

Do you migrate content from my current site?

Yes. I script migrations from WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, Notion or custom sources. Migration is quoted separately after a quick content audit — pricing scales with the volume and structure complexity.

How are animations and ViewTransitions handled on dynamic routes?

Animations are component-level (GSAP or native View Transitions API), so they stay intact regardless of how many content entries you publish. I explicitly test across CMS content to avoid layout shift on long-tail pages.

What's the total cost of ownership in year one?

Build from €5,800. CMS hosting (Sanity / Storyblok free tiers or ~€15–50/mo). Edge hosting (Vercel / Netlify — often free). Optional Care retainer from €190/mo. Most Scale clients land between €7k and €9.5k all-in for year one.
